ShipHeart™: Base and Modules
ShipBase is the visible component of our digital switching solution ShipHeart™. Featuring a 10-inch touchscreen on a carbon fiber faceplate with a raw yet refined design, this marine digital dashboard installs in place of the old electrical panel.
In addition to its many internal functions, it offers the possibility to receive external sensors, to control dedicated expansion modules, or to interface with peripheral equipment.

The integrated functions of the ShipBase digital dashboard relate to the general ship environment:
For optimal control, all common sensors of a recreational boat can also be connected:
The boater thus accesses essential boat data from their touchscreen.
Because every boat is different, the ShipHeart™ display can be adapted:
Key feature: the ability to create an unlimited number of graphical synoptic pages.
In addition to these basic functions, unique features are added, such as insulation fault detection for aluminum, steel, or carbon fiber vessels. With ShipBase, detection is initiated one second after any DC circuit command (or periodically if no command is executed).
Streamlined implementation: simply connect a single wire from the hull to a ShipBase input and perform 2 configuration clicks.
ShipHeart™ communicates with other onboard equipment and with the crew, whether onboard or remotely, thanks to its multiple interfaces:
The ShipBase marine dashboard controls, protects, and monitors all onboard electrical circuits – whether AC or DC, 12V or 24V, unipolar or bipolar – as well as the associated marine battery banks.
To do this, it relies on three types of dedicated expansion modules:
Note: only three types of modules allow it to adapt to all boats, from a 9-meter sailboat to a 24-meter motor yacht, including long-distance cruising multihulls.
Only the number of modules allows the solution to be adapted to each vessel, both during initial installation and as the boat’s equipment level or crew needs evolve.
Connectors are supplied with each module. All are pluggable, keyed, lockable, and connect tool-free to spring contacts.
All modules are interchangeable; those supplied with the ShipHeart™ dashboard are simply daisy-chained to each other, regardless of their order. Only their position on the bus allows them to be identified.
Update: when a module is outdated, ShipBase detects it upon connection, and the update starts automatically, without any crew intervention.
As for termination resistors, they are managed fully automatically with each module addition or removal. No loss, no oversight, no duplicates.
Configuring a digital switching solution on a boat has never been easier. With ShipHeart™, no PC, specific software, or adapter cable is required. No external intervention is needed; everything can be configured from the touchscreen.
Our dashboard is configured via its advanced settings menu.
In a few minutes, the vessel’s circuits, tanks, or batteries appear on the home screen, with the desired label and in the preferred order.
Other intuitive settings to be made in minutes:
Depending on individual needs, it is possible to create onboard automations in a few clicks:
